Registration

Registration fees can be administered in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the United State Dollars (USD). The registration fee does not include the cost of paper publication.

Selected papers will be included in the conference proceedings that is indexed by Scopus. Additional charges may apply for publication purposes.

Registration Fee:

All presenters and participants are required to register before the conference

Your conference registration will include:
• Seminar Kit (goody bag, notes, ballpoint)
• Printed Program Book
• Morning and afternoon coffee break
• Buffet lunch
• Gala Dinner

Payment Method:

For applicants paying by bank transfer will be sent the bank account number together with the LoA, please email payment receipt to registration.icvhe@vokasi.ui.ac.id for confirmed payment within 3 working days.

Remarks:
USD 1: Rp 13.500,-

• Transfer fees transaction are charged to the author.
• Please send your scanned payment receipt to registration.icvhe@vokasi.ui.ac.id
• We do not provide printed proceeding onsite, please contact us if you need one. There is additional charge to print and ship it to your address
